SUMS Group nominated our customer at South Melbourne Market for the 2018 FM Innovation Award and we were thrilled to see Adam Mehegan (FM at South Melbourne Market) win not only the award for the Hospitality Category but also take out the overall winner award for his efforts for sustainability.
Six months on from the award and Adam Mehegan says: ‘This award justifies what I’ve been doing for the past four years. I come up with these crazy ideas – and you think, are they going to work? When SUMS nominated us for the award and then we won it; it justifies and cements what we’re doing is the right thing and it tells us that we’re on the right track. I think that’s pretty important. ‘
